Read Psalm 89:1-4, 19-26.
Why do you need a savior in your life? We often forget during our times of struggle to look to God for strength and guidance. Throughout our lives we need a source of strength and inspiration, and we yearn to believe in something bigger than ourselves. In this passage, there is a common theme that God will provide steadfast love and we can’t be anything but faithful in response to that. In Advent, we wait patiently and hopefully for our savior to be born. Today, God gives us hope and patience to overcome daily adversities in our lives.
